The plans, benchmark reports and recommendations it produces for your problems are yours to use. Results from quantum hardware are probabilistic and depend on third-party machines, and no particular speed-up is promised.

Sindri.SI, including its design, simulation, compliance and factory-matching methods, models, software, documentation and visual identity, is proprietary to NordicSI.tech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The designs, specifications, simulation results and manufacturing documents you create in Sindri.SI are yours. We do not claim rights in your product. How Sindri.SI formulates designs, runs simulations, assesses compliance and matches factories is our confidential information and trade secret as well as being protected by copyright. Simulation results are estimates and do not replace physical testing or a conformity assessment. Which factories you may use and what you may share with them depends on the laws of your region and theirs; the terms of each build, and the extent of our involvement in it, are set in your contract with us.

Odin.SI, including its aggregation, decision-record and reporting methods, models, software, documentation and visual identity, is proprietary to NordicSI.tech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy it, extract or reproduce its models, reverse engineer it, or use its outputs to build a competing product without written permission.

The operational data, decisions, reasoning and reports held in Odin.SI are yours. We do not claim rights in them and we do not use them to build anything for anyone else. How Odin.SI aggregates signals from other systems, structures decisions and produces reports is our confidential information and trade secret as well as being protected by copyright. The views it presents are drawn from the systems connected to it and are only as current and complete as those systems.

Thor.SI, including its asset discovery, detection, response and recovery methods, models, playbooks, software, documentation and visual identity, is proprietary to NordicSI.tech and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy it, extract or reproduce its models or detection rules, reverse engineer it, or use its outputs to build a competing product without written permission.

The asset inventories, network maps, incident records and recovery plans created in Thor.SI are yours and are treated as confidential security information. How Thor.SI discovers assets, detects anomalies and structures response is our confidential information and trade secret as well as being protected by copyright. No security product prevents every incident; the scope of monitoring, response times and recovery commitments are set in your contract with us and nowhere else.

Ownership of work created specifically for a client, such as consulting reports and custom software, is governed by the engagement agreement and our terms of service. Using Bifröst.SI, Norns.SI, MalmStoff.SI, Logi.SI, Heimdall.SI, Mimir.SI, Sleipnir.SI, Idun.SI, Gungnir.SI, Sindri.SI, Odin.SI or Thor.SI in an engagement does not transfer rights in the platform or the models themselves.
